My co-ordination is utterly hopeless, although I did manage to pick up the first 6 bars of Silent Night on a recorder. I had no inspiration for learning an
instrument when I was young, and school was precisely no encouragement, either. The piano and guitar have obvious appeal, but I lack discipline.

I bought a harmonica years ago, and managed to photocopy a book telling you how to play it. That's as far as that got though. My musical talent is like my talent for drawing. Non-existant. |

I've had a long and difficult love affair with musical instruments. I love music but I can't carry a tune. I have a guitar, a keyboard and an ancient
violin, none of which I can play very well (although i can play the theme tune from the League of Gentlemen on the keyboard). I also have a djembie, which is
like a large set of bongoes except there's only one of them.
My ambition is to get a proper drum set (but probably not until I move out of the paternal household cause of space) |

I can play guitar. For some reason my family seem to absorb all instruments they see. So we have a piano, a keyboard, a saxaphone, a clarinet, drum kit,
bongo's, spoons, Oboh, keyboards and we've got a flute kicking about somewhere.
Oh yeah and i'm a proud owner of a Didgeredoo. Which i can play alright. (check me out with m' didge) But good luck Sarah, you must have patience, practice and another thing which i cant remember. ;-) |
